The Atelier Leila Razel business is registered under CNPJ 45.813.159/0001-63. The company's communication channels are:
The company is solely run by me, Leila Razel, and I am responsible for every aspect of the business. As a one-person business, I kindly ask for my customers' understanding regarding the site’s policies, just as I remain flexible and willing to assist whenever possible. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to comply with and accept the terms and conditions below.
18k gold jewellery: Lifetime warranty.
18k gold is a durable material that, when properly cared for, can last a lifetime or more. However, jewellery is delicate, and the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, drops, impacts, or exposure to chemicals. The warranty is also void for jewellery altered by other jewellers. Should your jewellery require care, I recommend returning it to its maker. Repairs outside the warranty can also be carried out, with a fee based on the complexity of the repair.
950 silver jewellery: One-year warranty.
Silver is a less durable metal than gold and may show more wear over time. The same warranty terms for gold jewellery apply to silver jewellery within the one-year period.
Gold-plated, rhodium-plated, or silver-plated jewellery: These may have a different warranty depending on the company providing the plating service.
The atelier is not responsible for any damage to stones or old jewellery provided by customers for the creation of new pieces. By supplying such materials, you understand that, despite careful handling, they may break or undergo some modification.
The atelier accepts payment in gold (provided the value does not exceed 50% of the total project cost). The gold may either be used in crafting the new jewellery or simply as payment. In either case, once the gold is supplied, it is understood that it cannot be restored to its original form. It will be melted for the creation of new pieces.
The value of the gold will be calculated based on the metal's market rate on the transaction day.
Customised jewellery: Customised pieces cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a defect in the item. These are unique creations made exclusively for you.
Ready-to-ship and collection jewellery: These pieces can be exchanged or returned if the request is made within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging. However, keep in mind that as I keep little to no stock of jewellery, when a piece is returned or exchanged, a new one must be produced.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Getting the correct ring size can be challenging. The site provides a guide explaining three methods to measure your size before making a purchase. If, despite this, your ring does not fit, the first adjustment is free of charge, provided the request is made within one month of delivery. Shipping costs for the adjustment and its return are the customer’s responsibility. Any additional adjustments will incur a fee.
The shipment of jewellery is of full responsibility of Atelier Leila Razel.
